My mother Joy Pennybacker West passed from this world earlier this evening. 8:23pm. I was holding my mother as she took her last breaths. Her favorite music was playing.
She was a great mom to me, and a light in the world for those who knew her. I am not able to find words right now. I just want to thank my mom, for everything she gave me in life.
We are still planning her memorial which I will post here when I know more.
Update: The memorial and celebration of the life of Joy West will be held on January 21st at Hughes Family Tribute Center, at noon. All are welcome to attend.
